APPLICATION PROCESS FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF ACADEMIC CONSULTANTS – 2025–2026

I. PRE-APPLICATION STAGE

  1. Read the Notification Carefully

Candidates are advised to go through the detailed advertisement and instructions available on the following official websites before proceeding with the application process:

  1. Payment of Application Fee

Before filling the online application, candidates must pay the prescribed Application Fee for Academic Consultant Hiring Notification – 2025–2026 through the website:

https://svuexams.edu.in/

Note: The registration fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

II. APPLICATION STAGE

  1. Online Application Submission

After successful payment, candidates shall submit their application online through the recruitment portal:
https://svuniversityrec.samarth.edu.in

  1. Documents to be Uploaded

Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of all relevant documents, including:

 

  1. Hard Copy Submission

After completing the online submission, candidates must take a printout of the filled-in application and submit the hard copy along with all enclosures (attested copies) and the fee payment receipt by Registered Post / Speed Post to the following address:

The envelope should be superscribed as:

“Application for the Hiring of Academic Consultant in the Department of ___________.”

The hard copy of the application must reach the University by on or before 17.11.2025.
Applications received after the due date or incomplete in any respect will not be considered.

III. POST-APPLICATION STAGE

  1. Verification and Short listing

Only those candidates whose hard copies along with all enclosures are received within the stipulated date will be considered for scrutiny. The original certificates must be produced at the time of the interview for verification.

  1. Interview and Selection

Eligible candidates will be informed through email / the university website about the date, time, and venue of the interview. Candidates must attend the interview at their own cost.

  1. Important Notes
    • Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
    • The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions or not to fill any post without assigning any reason.
    • Furnishing false or misleading information will lead to disqualification and cancellation of the candidature at any stage.
